Chloe Fung, MEd, CBA is a certified behavior analyst and a NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. She is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at The Centre for Positive Behaviour Support (CPBS).

Dr Geoff Potter PhD BCBA

Joint Founder and Chief Clinical Officer

Dr Geoff Potter, Ph.D., BCBA is the joint founder and Chief Clinical Officer of The Centre for Positive Behaviour Support a nationwide behaviour support service. He is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst and has worked in Positive Behaviour Support for over 32 years. Geoff’s area of expertise is Non-Linear Multi-Element Behaviour Support. He has a research interest in non-aversive situational support and contingency analysis and has been involved in the development of Restricted Practice Systems for governments and providers for over 20 years. Geoff has also published and presented at several international conferences.

Senior Director of Strategic Vision and Innovation

Lori Ann Dotson, MA, PhD, MBA is the Senior Director of Strategic Vision and Innovation at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis and the IABA Research and Education Foundation. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, Masters in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an Masters in Education in Advanced Teaching. She has over 25-years of experience serving families and individuals across the lifespan whose lives have been impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse and mental health challenges. In addition, she has extensive experience in leading regional and national clinical and operations teams serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She provides workshops on positive behavior practices to audiences around the world. Her research in the area of intellectual and developmental disabilities has been presented in peer-reviewed publications and at over 40 academic and professional conferences throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
