The teacher handoff form records communication, interests, daily care, sensory concerns, safety, and home-school contact. The card text lists eight home-morning items, ten school-day items, and HELP, BREAK, FIRST THEN, and ALL DONE, with car and bus versions of GO TO SCHOOL.
